    Adam Multz

    Adam provides all-encompassing marketing and advertising expertise to anyone looking to grow their business. Being able to always keep an open mind, Adam is the first to know about all things contemporary and state-of-the-art. Having spent the past eight years working with some of the biggest companies, Adam has mastered the various forms of marketing and advertising. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, he uses his creative thought process to find the best approach to help his clients achieve success.

    Adam brings over eight years of high-volume operational experience to the substance abuse and mental health industry. His vast amount of knowledge in all things digital advertising has been instrumental in building the organization. Reaching all facets of a successful substance abuse multi-location organization, Adam’s expertise allows him to excel at leading team supervision of new acquisitions, ramping-up staffing, call center integration, generating new leads, admissions, accounting and collections.

    Original “OG” Michael

    Meet Mr. Original Michael, MA, CACI, CACII, MAC, CCS, CPS, CAMS, and he is recognized as the GA Counselor of the Year 2019 by GACA. He brings over  20 years of dedicated experience to his work with the addictive population, guiding individuals towards a clean and sober lifestyle, one day at a time.

    With a deep understanding of the journey of addiction, Mr. Michael establishes meaningful connections with his clients through a sincere, empathetic, authentic, and non-judgmental approach. His commitment to teaching recovery and relapse prevention techniques has proven instrumental in transforming lives.

    Celebrating 25 years of personal recovery this year, Mr. Michael serves as a Board Member on the DBHDD Advisory Board. He has also contributed as a former Board member of PAIMI, Georgia Advocacy, passionately advocating for the rights of individuals facing disabilities and mental health and substance abuse challenges. Additionally, he holds a position on the Board of the Georgia Addiction Counselor Association.

    As a GACA provider, Mr. Michael not only teaches the certified Basic Substance Abuse Certification Program (180-hour) but also provides Addiction Supervision for those aspiring to become Addiction Counselors. His dedication extends to addressing broader societal issues, as he passionately speaks on racial injustice, police brutality, and the path to recovery from addiction. Mr. Michael has been featured on numerous platforms, sharing his insights on recovery, justice, and community.

    Daniel Cincotta

    COO

    Daniel ”Danny” Cincotta holds a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Danny has worked in various roles including admissions, mergers & acquisitions, and most recently facility operations at the executive level. Danny has over eight years of experience and specializes in launching new facilities, growing existing facilities, facility turnaround, and quality improvement.

    Danny brings expertise and operational experience across a multitude of different states to the Diamond Recovery team. He possesses a natural ability to lead others and motivate his teams to improve daily. With a strong command of process and protocol, he often organizes his teams to operate effectively to deliver the highest quality level of client care.

    When not working, Danny spends his time either on the beach, in the gym, or watching New York Rangers hockey.

    Nicole Smigielski

    Executive Director

    Nicole Smigielski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in addiction counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with being a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC).

    For over nine years, Nicole has dedicated her life to helping others who struggle with substance abuse disorders. Her passion and drive in this field come from “giving back what she was given.”

    Nicole has worked in many roles including case management, business development, and facility operations management at an executive level. Having a clinical and operational background has broadened her scope of work as she specializes in opening facilities, staff training, legal liaison work along with state licensure and regulations.

    When not working, you can find Nicole enjoying the sun near any body of water, watching Notre Dame football in the fall, and spending time with her two children.

    Allison Trim

    National Director of Business Development

    Allison Trim attended Temple University to study Public Health, which gave her a firm understanding of how to tackle societal problems systematically. Her education, coupled with her personal experience in recovery, affords her the expertise and compassion to truly help individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders. Ms. Trim is also a certified interventionist (CNDAI II) with the ability to provide many resources for family members seeking help for their loved ones.

    Allison has worked in the behavioral health field for over 5 years. She has played a pivotal role in assisting behavioral health facilities to grow and create processes and procedures to ensure that each patient is treated based on their individual needs. Ms. Trim has extensive experience in providing each patient and their family with the support they need to not just survive but to truly heal and thrive and maintain lasting recovery.

    Jermaine Wright

    Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
    Jermaine Wright is a seasoned healthcare professional with a diverse background spanning patient care and managerial leadership. Since 2017, Jermaine has been deeply involved in the field of patient care, specializing in various Intensive Care Unit disciplines within level 1 trauma facilities. His extensive experience has equipped him with a versatile skill set transferable to any patient care setting.
    In 2022, Jermaine transitioned into managerial roles, leveraging his expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance healthcare delivery. As a proactive leader, Jermaine is dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of care.
    In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Jermaine is actively engaged in community development initiatives. He currently serves on the East Point Business and Industrial Development Board, collaborating closely with the East Point City Council. One of his key initiatives involves spearheading the reopening of a recently closed hospital in his area, with a focus on serving the healthcare needs of over 250,000 constituents.
    Jermaine holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN). His academic qualifications, coupled with his hands-on experience, position him as a respected leader in the healthcare industry.
    Outside of his professional endeavors, Jermaine cherishes quality time spent with his children. He enjoys traveling with them, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories.

    Rachel Kessler
